StarVerse
Refund Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for StarVerse.
StarVerse product type
StarVerse provides symbolic digital star claims, digital naming records, public star pages, gift records, marketplace transfers, and digital certificates inside the StarVerse platform. StarVerse does not sell official astronomical naming rights or legal ownership of real celestial objects.
Digital delivery
When you buy or receive a StarVerse star, digital delivery may begin immediately after payment. This may include creation of a star claim, name registration, ownership record creation, certificate creation, public star page creation, and gift or redemption record creation.
Change-of-mind refunds
Once digital delivery begins, StarVerse purchases are final for change of mind, except where required by law.
Before checkout, users should confirm: “I agree that my digital StarVerse star claim, name registration, ownership record, and certificate may be created immediately after payment. I understand that once digital delivery begins, the purchase is non-refundable for change of mind, except where required by law.”
