Terms of Service

StarVerse is a symbolic digital star naming and ownership experience. It lets users explore a simulated galaxy, claim symbolic digital stars, name them, receive certificates, gift stars, share public star pages, and use platform marketplace features.

StarVerse does not sell real stars, official astronomical names, legal ownership of celestial objects, or investment products.

All StarVerse ownership is symbolic and exists only inside the StarVerse platform. A claim does not give you legal ownership of a real star, official astronomical naming rights, rights recognised by NASA, IAU, observatories, governments, or scientific organisations, ownership of space or celestial objects, or financial or investment rights.

You may need an account to claim, gift, receive, sell, transfer, or manage stars. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share your account in a way that creates fraud, abuse, or security risk.

You may name stars according to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not choose names that are unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise harmful. StarVerse may hide, moderate, remove, or reject star names.

Certificates are digital symbolic certificates inside StarVerse. A certificate is not a legal title deed, official astronomical certificate, investment document, or official registry entry.

StarVerse may allow you to gift a symbolic star claim to another person. You must provide accurate recipient information, and redemption may require the recipient to create or log into an account. Gift links and tokens must not be abused, guessed, sold fraudulently, or used to access another person's gift.

StarVerse may allow users to send offers for stars owned by other users. Marketplace transfers apply only to symbolic StarVerse records. You must not use the marketplace for fraud, money laundering, scams, harassment, manipulation, or unlawful activity. StarVerse may limit, cancel, reject, reverse, or investigate offers or transfers where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform safety.

When payments are enabled, payments may be processed by a third-party provider. StarVerse does not store full card details. Prices, fees, and availability may change — review the price shown at checkout before purchase.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Digital star claims may be delivered immediately after payment. Once digital delivery begins, purchases may be non-refundable for change of mind, except where required by law.

Star owners may share public star pages or certificates. Public pages may show star names, star IDs, owner display names, and certificate information. We do not show owner email addresses publicly. Do not put private information into star names, display names, or gift messages if you do not want it seen.

You agree not to: break the law; abuse, harass, threaten, or harm others; upload unlawful content; impersonate someone else; bypass security; interfere with StarVerse systems; scrape, attack, overload, or reverse engineer the service; exploit bugs; create duplicate or fraudulent claims; manipulate offers or marketplace activity; or use StarVerse for scams or misleading sales.

We may moderate content, hide names, restrict or suspend accounts, remove public pages, block transactions, or take other safety action where needed.

StarVerse may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, errors, updates, security issues, or provider outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may add, remove, modify, rename, or discontinue features. We will try to avoid harming existing ownership records, but StarVerse is an evolving digital platform.

StarVerse, its design, code, branding, visuals, and platform features are owned by StarVerse or its licensors. You retain responsibility for names, messages, or content you submit, but you grant StarVerse permission to display and process them as needed to provide the service.

StarVerse stars are for entertainment, gifting, collecting, and symbolic digital experience. We do not promise resale value, profit, liquidity, scarcity value, or investment return.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, StarVerse is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or issues outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

You may stop using StarVerse at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, harm users, create risk, or break the law.
